Request account and data deletion
Email hello@unionofkingdoms.com with the subject 'Union of Kingdoms account deletion request'. Send the request from the email address associated with your game account and include your player name or player ID. You can send this request without installing the app or signing in. Do not send your password or recovery codes.
Verification and processing
We reply to the account's registered email address to confirm ownership and the deletion request. If you cannot access that address, explain this in your request; we will discuss an alternative verification method. Your account is not deleted simply by opening this page or sending an unverified request.
What is deleted
After verification, we delete the account's personal information and associated data from active systems, including sign-in credentials and provider links, sessions and recovery tokens, profile content, personal communication and relationship data, support submissions and attached screenshots, and the associated game progress. Account deletion ends access to the game and cannot be reversed. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete the account.
Limited retention and backups
Specific records may be retained only when required for a legal obligation or an identified security or fraud investigation. We explain any applicable exception, its purpose and expected duration when responding to your request. Recovery backups are not used to reactivate a deleted account. Deletions must be reapplied if a backup is restored; backup copies expire through the applicable rotation cycle.
Response time and other data requests
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and respond within the time required by applicable law. If an extension is legally permitted and necessary, we explain the reason and timing. You may also request deletion of particular information, such as a message or support attachment, without deleting your whole account by contacting the same email address.
